How do I start using AIYonder?
Download the AIYonder App, register an account, and create your AI companion. We offer Lite, Standard, and Pro versions. Choose the plan that fits your needs. First-time users also get a guided tutorial to help you get started quickly.
How do physical toys connect to the App?
Open the App, go to 'Device Management', follow the prompts to enable Bluetooth, and bring the physical toy close to your phone to complete pairing. Once paired, your AI companion can accompany you in both virtual and physical worlds.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely secure. We use end-to-end encryption technology, so only you and your AI companion can access your conversations. We promise never to use user data for commercial purposes or sell it to third parties.
Can I change my AI companion's personality?
Yes. In the App's 'Companion Settings', you can adjust your AI companion's personality traits, speaking style, etc. However, please note that frequent major adjustments may affect the companion's consistency and your 'relationship'.
Do you support refunds?
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Physical toys must be in good condition and return shipping costs apply.
